360CSG partnered with the curation team at the David J Sencer CDC Museum to create the exhibit installation Influenza Complex VirusComplex History In this project twelve sections were included that provided a scientific introduction to pandemic history as well as highlighting the significant role the CDC has and continues to play in the global effort to understand and address the influenza virus To bring the exhibit to life 360csg scanned and retouched historical maps documents photographs and negatives These materials were used to create background imagery and focal points that served as graphics in various sections Additionally the design included 3D models custom artifact displays printed graphics and text panels All of these elements combined to effectively tell the story and increase viewer engagement throughout the exhibit space
